The Hello Cup comes in three sizes:
XS (extra small), S/M (small/medium) and L (large or ‘lovely’)
Vaginal cup, period cup, menstrual cup, fannie cup! Whatever you call it, the Hello Cup is a great choice.
While working out what size you are can be tricky, the below info is a good starting point.
The XS is our smallest and softest menstrual cup. It’s a great option for teenagers and as well as petite users and those who prefer a ‘mini’ tampon.
The S/M is our ‘one size fits most’ cup. As a rule of thumb we recommend the S/M for women who are under 35. Fit women often find the S/M is best for them regardless of age and whether they’ve had children. The L is a good choice for those over 35 who have given birth and feel things are a bit stretched up there.
We’re not going to lie, it can be a case of trial and error to find the best Hello Cup size for you. Despite what many people think, leaking can often be a sign a cup is too big rather than too small. If you are unsure of size, we recommend getting a double box to help take the guess work out of things. Our ‘pick ‘n’ mix’ option allows you to purchase a Hello Cup box with any two cups in it for $69. Many women find they can wear two sizes so opt for a smaller sized Hello Cup on light days and a larger one on heavy days.
The diameter of the XS is 38mm and the overall length including the toggle is 57mm. It holds 17.5ml (to the holes).
The diameter of the S/M is 41mm and the overall length, including the toggle, is 59mm. It holds 21mls (to the holes).
The diameter of the L is 45mm and the overall length, including the toggle, is 64mm. It holds 28ml (to the holes).
