Shipping & Returns

Our aim is to get your order to you quick smart but due to the pandemic there’s a hell of a lot of shipping delays out there, friends. Please expect delays.

To our international friends we strongly recommend selecting DHL express service. Due to the lack of passenger flights, standard shipping is facing major delays that are outside of our control

All orders received are dispatched within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). Shipping costs are calculated at check out.

We will process your order as soon as possible within standard business hours. Please note that stated delivery times are estimated for within business hours, and does not include any time for processing your order. We will email you a confirmation once your order has been shipped, which will include a link to your tracking page.

When checking out, please supply us with a physical address, such as a workplace, where there will be someone present to sign for your item between the delivery hours of 9am - 5pm weekdays. 

UK Shipping

To all of our friends and customers in the United Kingdom. Due to the ongoing changes regarding Brexit, your order may incur additional import duties and VAT charges upon entering the UK. The Hello Cup is not responsible for any additional charges incurred. If orders are subject to customs clearance procedures, this will cause delays beyond original delivery estimates

Covid-19 update:

While we’re still ‘beavering’ away and shipping out your orders as normal, these are crazy times and some of our postal providers are experiencing delays as a result of the global impact of Covid 19. International freight capacity is more limited during this time and some mail dispatch centres have reduced capacity which might mean your parcel takes longer to reach you than normal. Please be patient and contact us if you have any concerns.

We want your decision to purchase a Hello Cup to be the best move you’ve ever made. Please check our size guide before you purchase and if you need any additional advise before or after you purchase, just send us an email – we love hearing from our customers: 

We cannot refund any Hello Cups, Hello Liners or Hello Go which have been used or if the packaging has been opened. 

We take quality control seriously but if for some reason you think a faulty product has sneakily slipped under our radar, please contact us within 60 days at so we can sort it out. 

Getting the hang of using a menstrual cup can take a while. Please follow our instructions and use the recommended shallow punchdown fold with Hello Cups. Give yourself at least 3 cycles to learn the ropes to work out what works best for you. 

While we strive to ensure Hello Cups the best menstrual cups on the market, there’s a chance Hello Cup may not be your perfect cup as everyone is different. Unfortunately we cannot refund you if you find your Hello Cup isn’t your perfect cup.
