  • Every year 1000 New Zealanders are diagnosed with one of the five gynaecological cancers. As a result, one person dies every 24 hours.

While most people know about cervical cancer, there are 4 other gynaecological cancers that are seldom talked about. These 4 cancers cannot be screened through a cervical smear. Instead, people must know the signs and what to look for.

It's time to raise awareness and save lives. That's why, we've teamed up with our friends at gynaecological cancer charity, Talk Peach to launch our limited edition colour Hello Peach Cup. For every Hello Peach cup sold, we'll make a donation on your behalf to support the work Talk Peach do.  Together we hope to make change.

I would definitely recommend this cup!

Overall, the cup is great. Very easy to insert and so far I have had no issues with leaks. It is very comfortable while I'm wearing it, I can barely feel it. I also like that it has a ridge on the inside to help minimize any spills. The only slight downside is that it is somewhat painful to remove, since it's hard to pinch it into a smaller size before removing.

We're thrilled to hear that you are really happy with your cup! Here's a couple of ideas to try to help make removal easier. You could try reaching your finger up along the length of the cup to push the side in to be absolutely sure that you have released the seal. Then use the top of you finger to "hook" the top of the cup and gently pull down. Another idea is to use two fingers (on one side plus the thumb on the other side) to break the seal of the cup and then try to pull one "side" out first. Love from the Hello Cup Team xxx

Why did I not get this sooner?

This was my first time using a menstral cup and I am a convert! I love it. I’m in my early 30s and due to an overactive pelvic floor (and trauma from trying to use a tampon at 14) I thought I’d never be able to use a tampon let alone a cup. But with patience and practice and an awesome GP and PT I used tampons for the first time last year. I was super nervous to try a cup, but wanted to try something reusable, so I went for the XS. It was tricky getting it out the first time but I watched a couple of videos and by the end of my first period I felt way more comfortable. And no leaks from day 1 - I wore a pad or liner just in case but nothing!! I love it! My only comment is that the colour is way more of a pastel peach than the bright orange pictured, which is cool just not what I was expecting.

        I am glad I did

So easy to use. I hemmed and hawed a little bit because I am 50 years old and figure menopause is on the horizon. I am so pleased I went ahead and tried the Hello Cup. I am even more pleased that future generations have a new way to navigate menstruation. Thank you for improving the lives of women.

Best experience of moon cup of my past 4 cups!!!

I was using my 2nd moon cup when I came across Hello Cup's cute ads on Instagram. I thought "I wish I have moon cup with those playful colors", but I didn't think of buying a spare at that time. After I accidentally burnt my moon cup in a dry pot on the stove, I got a cheap cup that gives away for free and you only had to pay for shipping, and it SUCKS (please don't fall into free moon cup trap ya'll). So I eventually bought Hello Cup with excitement because I get to choose among all the cute colors!! It is honestly THE BEST moon cup design - pliable texture so it's easy to bounce back and stretch out after you put it in (the one before this was too soft so it does not bounce back which led to leakage often); the lip of the cup is a perfect radian so the blood flows straight in the cup without lingering at the top, which means when you putt it out there's less chance to make the situation messy; the handle is also a very nice water drop shape that makes it really easy to pull. Let alone the wide range of pastel colors to choose from, and the excellent experience of unboxing Hello Cup. I wish that every person who wish to switch into using a menstrual cup could have Hello Cup as their first time experience, because you are worth it!!
